Mid Hybrid Cross-Platform App Developer (iOS & Android)

About the role

We are looking for a Mid‑Senior Hybrid Cross‑Platform App Developer to join our growing team. You will work on both iOS and Android applications using modern cross‑platform frameworks, collaborating closely with designers, backend engineers, and product owners to deliver high‑quality mobile experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain mobile applications with Flutter, React Native, or Ionic.
• Implement intuitive UI/UX designs that improve user engagement.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, Firebase, or GraphQL services with backend systems.
• Optimize apps for performance, scalability, and security across devices and OS versions.
• Debug and resolve issues on multiple mobile platforms.
• Follow coding best practices, keep code clean, and document development processes.
• Stay current with mobile development trends and cross‑platform technologies.
• Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience building mobile apps with Flutter, React Native, or Ionic.
• Proficiency in Dart (Flutter) or JavaScript/TypeScript (React Native, Ionic).
• Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs, Firebase, or GraphQL.
• Familiarity with state‑management libraries such as Provider, Redux, MobX, or Bloc.
• Knowledge of Google Play and Apple App Store deployment processes.
• Basic understanding of native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective‑C) development is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
