Reporting Dashboard Developer

About the role
We are seeking a Reporting Dashboard Developer to join our Islamabad office. The role focuses on building automated, reusable data pipelines and visual dashboards that support business decision‑making.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and consolidate business requirements for reporting solutions.
- Design and develop dashboards and reports using MS Excel, PivotTable, Tableau and PowerBI.
- Perform data analysis and statistical visualisation to uncover market opportunities.
- Write efficient SQL queries, create ETL jobs and expand the data mart.
- Provide insights on customer behaviour and operational costs to maximise profit.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Statistics, IT or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, dashboard creation and data analysis.
- Strong communication and written skills.
Required skills
- SQL (strong programming experience).
- Tableau (mandatory).
- PowerBI.
- MS Excel and PivotTable.
- ETL processes and data integration.
- Data visualisation and analysis techniques.
