Mid-Level SEO Specialist – Night Shift (On‑Site)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Mid‑Level SEO Specialist to join our team on the night shift. You will own SEO projects for international clients, plan and execute on‑page and off‑page strategies, and continuously optimise campaigns to drive higher rankings and traffic.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies (on‑page, off‑page, technical).
• Conduct in‑depth keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimise website content, architecture and technical elements.
• Build high‑quality backlinks through outreach and link‑building initiatives.
• Monitor rankings, traffic and performance using Google Analytics, Search Console and other tools.
• Perform regular SEO audits and apply corrective actions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Google algorithm changes and industry trends.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of proven SEO experience.
• Strong grasp of on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO concepts.
• Ability to analyse data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Consistent, proactive and result‑oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work the night shift (8 PM – 5 AM).
