About the role

The organization is seeking a qualified Ophthalmic OT Technician to support eye surgery procedures at its head office in Karachi. The role involves preparing the operating theatre, assisting surgeons, and maintaining a safe, sterile environment for patients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist ophthalmic surgeons during eye surgeries.
• Prepare the operating theatre for ophthalmic procedures.
• Sterilize and maintain surgical instruments.
• Manage surgical instruments and OT supplies.
• Ensure infection control and OT safety protocols are followed.
• Support post‑operative care as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or certification in OT Technician or a related field.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience, preferably in an ophthalmic operating room.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ophthalmic procedures and instruments.
• Proficiency in sterilization and maintenance of surgical instruments.
• Understanding of infection control and OT safety protocols.
