Outbound Call Agent – Digital Marketing Outreach

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Outbound Call Agent to join our digital marketing team in Lahore. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads and scheduling appointments with US‑based brands, working night shifts to align with US time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Make proactive outbound calls to US brands to pitch digital marketing and advertising services.
• Craft and send personalized cold emails to potential clients.
• Identify, qualify, and follow up with leads via phone and email to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Deliver compelling service pitches focused on ROI and value.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service handoff and delivery.
• Stay updated on US industry trends and competitors to improve pitches.
• Assist in onboarding new clients by working closely with service delivery teams.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication skills in English.
• Motivated and results‑driven attitude.
• Ability to work night shifts (US time zones).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.

Required skills
