Outbound Sales Agent / Appointment Setter – Remote

About the role

LeanPBX is seeking motivated Outbound Sales Agents and Appointment Setters to join its remote team. You will contact business owners in the United States and Canada, explain how missed calls affect customer retention, and introduce LeanPBX’s AI receptionist system.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to U.S. and Canadian business owners to generate leads.
• Identify pain points related to missed calls and present the AI receptionist solution.
• Schedule qualified product‑demo appointments with the founder.
• Send follow‑up emails and messages to nurture prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM.
• Track call metrics, manage the sales pipeline, and report daily performance.
• Work during North American business hours from Pakistan.
• Collaborate remotely with the sales team and participate in training sessions.

Required profile

• Strong spoken English and professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to handle rejection and objections constructively.
• Self‑disciplined, performance‑driven mindset.
• Experience in outbound calling, cold calling, telemarketing or B2B sales.
