Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a leading self‑storage auction platform. This remote, phone‑first position focuses on generating qualified demo opportunities with self‑storage facility owners and operators.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound calling campaigns to secure demo appointments.
• Book sales meetings and demos with target prospects.
• Support outreach with email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, call notes, and follow‑up schedules.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies.
• Follow structured campaigns targeting specific states, conference lists, and vendor relationships.
• Handle objections professionally and persist through rejection.
• Continuously improve scripts, messaging, and targeting based on performance data.

Required profile

• Experience as an appointment setter, outbound SDR, lead generation specialist, telemarketer, inside sales rep, remote sales assistant, or call‑center sales representative.
• Resilient, coachable, organized, and comfortable making a high volume of calls daily.
• Ability to work remotely on a North American schedule with reliable internet.

Required skills

• Proven outbound calling and appointment‑setting experience.
• Strong spoken English and professional phone etiquette.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and spreadsheet tools for tracking.
• Effective use of email and LinkedIn for follow‑up.
