PMO Manager

About the role

The PMO Manager will lead a team of Project Managers to deliver multiple concurrent IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and high‑quality outcomes. Reporting to senior leadership, the role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on project execution across Zones’ digital workplace, cloud, networking and security services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching and mentorship to a portfolio of Project Managers, enforcing established methodologies and quality standards.
• Lead complex, strategic projects from initiation through delivery, managing scope, budget, schedule and risk.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, partners and subject‑matter experts to achieve project goals.
• Utilize demand‑planning tools such as Kinaxis to drive requirements, order processing, scheduling, inventory management and billing.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, resolve conflicts objectively and ensure accountability across all project activities.

• Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities with proven influence across business and technical stakeholders.
• Independent decision‑making mindset and intellectual rigor.
• Experience leading and developing project management teams.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize effectively.
