Procurement Contract Specialist

About the role

The Procurement Contract Specialist will serve as the primary administrator of our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform, ensuring smooth intake, routing, execution, and storage of all procurement contracts. This role bridges legal, procurement, and operational teams to maintain compliance and drive efficiency throughout the contract lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the company’s CLM platform and related workflow tools.
• Manage intake, triage, and documentation of incoming contract requests.
• Coordinate routing and approval workflows according to delegation of authority and procurement policies.
• Oversee electronic signature execution via DocuSign or Adobe Sign and verify all required signatories.
• Maintain a centralized contract repository with proper naming conventions, metadata, version control, and indexing.
• Track contract milestones such as expirations, renewals, termination windows, and notice periods.
• Generate regular and ad‑hoc reports on contract volume, cycle times, approvals, and workflow metrics.
• Support audit requests and compliance initiatives by keeping accurate contract records.
• Assist in maintaining contract templates, standard clauses, and clause libraries.
• Identify and implement improvements to contract workflows, automation, and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal Studies or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in contract administration, procurement operations, legal operations, or contract management.
• Hands‑on experience with a CLM platform (e.g., Icertis, SAP Ariba Contracts, Coupa CLM, Agiloft, Ironclad, Conga, Malbek, DocuSign CLM).
• Experience executing e‑signatures through DocuSign or Adobe Sign.
• Proven ability to manage a contract repository, including naming conventions, indexing, and version control.
