Product Communications Intern

About the role

This 9‑month paid internship offers a hands‑on introduction to product communication and internal marketing at S&P Global. You will work with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to shape how the company’s products are presented, used, and celebrated across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation and execution of internal communication campaigns for various products and platforms.
• Design and publish engaging content such as newsletters, blog posts, brochures, and email campaigns.
• Partner with product teams to communicate updates, launches, and success stories.
• Assist in creating infographics and visuals that simplify complex ideas.
• Maintain internal communication sites (e.g., SharePoint or Sphere).
• Track communication channel performance and gather feedback to improve engagement.
• Collaborate with the S&P Global Communications team to ensure consistent branding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or Technology.
• Fresher or up to 6 months of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling.
• Interest in digital communication, marketing, and technology.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and presentation abilities.
• Basic understanding of AI and its use in marketing channels.
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work flexible hours.
