Product Designer (Marketing & UX)

About the role

We are seeking a Product Designer who bridges marketing creativity and product UX for Premier Construction Software, a global AI‑powered construction ERP provider. The role will act as the in‑house design engine, producing sales decks, landing pages, ads, and lightweight UX prototypes to support sales and marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality sales collateral such as decks, one‑pagers, case studies, proposals and pitch assets.
• Mock up landing pages, campaign creative, web graphics and digital ad sets.
• Produce social, email and paid media creative across formats and channels.
• Support UX work by creating wireframes, user flows and low‑ and high‑fidelity prototypes for marketing‑focused experiences.
• Maintain and evolve the brand system, design library and asset templates.
• Hand off pixel‑perfect, build‑ready files to the web developer using Figma.
• Perform photo editing, retouching and image production in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and product teams to translate briefs into clear visual stories while managing multiple concurrent requests.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing for B2B SaaS products, especially in a sales‑oriented environment.
• Strong understanding of how positioning, branding and conversion metrics influence design decisions.
• Ability to think in systems, move quickly and balance craft with results‑driven outcomes.
• Excellent collaboration skills and capacity to prioritize multiple requests with clear turnaround times.

Required skills

• Figma for UI/UX design and hand‑off.
• Adobe Photoshop for image editing and retouching.
• Adobe Illustrator for vector graphics and asset creation.
