Product Designer – Sports Equipment & Apparel

About the role

GAMA SPORTS is seeking a full-time Designer to join its Sialkot studio. The role focuses on creating innovative designs for goalkeeper gloves, apparel and related sports products, ensuring brand consistency and staying ahead of market trends.

Key responsibilities

• Generate creative concepts and design solutions for goalkeeper gloves, apparel and accessories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, engineering and marketing to translate ideas into prototypes.
• Develop detailed design files using industry-standard graphic tools.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, printing techniques and material innovations.
• Ensure all designs align with GAMA SPORTS’ quality, performance and aesthetic standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in graphic, product, fashion or apparel design.
• Strong eye for detail and creativity.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage design projects.
• Up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Fashion Design or related field.
