Product Manager – SME Banking

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the design, development, and management of innovative SME banking products. You will drive growth, enhance customer experience, and ensure compliance with risk and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously refine a portfolio of SME banking products, including loans, working capital, trade, and cash solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and digital innovation opportunities.
• Lead end‑to‑end product development from concept to launch, incorporating digital journeys and automation.
• Collaborate with Credit, Risk, Compliance, Legal, IT, and Digital teams to ensure regulatory alignment and seamless integration.
• Design pricing strategies and financial models to support product viability and profitability.
• Partner with Distribution, Branches, and Relationship Managers to execute go‑to‑market strategies across physical and digital channels.
• Provide training, tools, and digital platforms to enable sales teams.
• Monitor product performance, track KPIs, and recommend data‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in SME product development or commercial banking product roles.
• Professional certifications in banking, product management or risk are a plus.
