About the role
The Product Owner will drive the definition and delivery of products that align with the Centre of Excellence's strategy, addressing market and customer needs. This role requires translating business requirements into actionable product designs and ensuring successful implementation.
Key responsibilities
- Elicit, facilitate, synthesize, and present technical solutions.
- Use business requirements to guide product design, test case creation, and business process definition.
- Define project vision, scope, acceptance criteria, and implementation plans.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and convert business data into actionable insights.
- Consult internal and external customers to understand their value chain, structure, and product/service needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Challenge business assumptions to clarify requirements.
- Gather, analyse, document, validate, and communicate requirements in Agile and Waterfall formats.
- Assess feasibility of proposed projects and understand commercial impact of changes.
Required profile
- Relevant tertiary qualification or IT degree.
- 6‑8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Logical reasoning and problem‑solving skills.
- Customer‑focused mindset.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
