Professional Coach – Full-time On-site Role

About the role

The Coach is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Lahore. You will guide and support team members to improve their professional skills, performance, and overall effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one coaching sessions and facilitate group workshops.
• Develop structured coaching plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Observe and assess employee performance, providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with managers to identify skills gaps and address development needs.
• Document progress, prepare performance reports, and continuously refine coaching methods.

Required profile

• Strong coaching, mentoring, and facilitation abilities.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Experience in performance development, training, or capacity building within corporate or financial‑services environments.
• Ability to analyze performance data and design targeted coaching plans.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Psychology, Education, or a related field; coaching certifications are a plus.
• Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and commitment to inclusive practices.
• Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• Familiarity with capital markets or financial services is beneficial.
