Project Coordinator

About the role

Zones is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of IT solutions for its top‑tier clients. The role focuses on coordinating deployment processes, managing order flow, and ensuring high customer satisfaction while meeting service‑level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate deployment activities across multiple internal teams using tools such as CRM, FTM, CIM, AX, Kinaxis and ServiceNow.
• Process orders with attention to detail, perform quality checks, release shipments and monitor status.
• Maintain project dashboards, Smartsheets and Excel trackers to provide real‑time visibility.
• Drive demand‑planning activities in Kinaxis, handling schedule changes, order modifications and internal updates.
• Collaborate with inventory management teams to apply best practices and ensure accurate stock levels.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and ambiguous requests.
• Analytical mindset with proven problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to meet aggressive deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with FTM, CIM, AX, Kinaxis and ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in Smartsheets.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
