About the role
We are looking for a QA Engineer who will also act as a Product & Technical Support Specialist. The position is fully remote and focuses on troubleshooting, testing, and validating our SaaS products for customers in India, Pakistan, or the Philippines.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate customer‑reported issues via Intercom and internal tools.
- Reproduce bugs, determine if they are isolated or systemic, and document findings.
- Collaborate with developers to clearly escalate reproducible issues.
- Test newly released product changes, validate bug fixes, and identify regressions.
- Provide clear written and verbal communication with customers and internal teams.
Required profile
- At least 2 years of professional experience in software development or engineering.
- Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer empathy and ownership mindset.
- Ability to work under ambiguity and document processes.
Required skills
- Software development or engineering experience (coding, debugging, building, or maintaining software).
- Technical troubleshooting and root‑cause investigation.
- QA testing and validation mindset.
- Familiarity with AI‑assisted problem‑solving tools.
