Quality Control Manager – Injection Molding

About the role

Haier is seeking a Quality Control Manager for its injection molding operations in Lahore. The role will lead the quality assurance function, develop and maintain standards for raw materials, molds, in‑process checks and finished products, and drive continuous improvement across the manufacturing line.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and monitor comprehensive quality control procedures for all stages of injection molding.
• Lead a team of 20 quality professionals, providing coaching, training and performance management.
• Analyse production data and quality metrics to identify trends, root causes and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and promote Lean, Kaizen and 6S methodologies.
• Conduct CAPA activities, manage supplier quality audits and maintain calibration schedules for inspection equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation to guarantee traceability and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Polymer, Manufacturing or Electrical Engineering.
• Approximately 20 years of experience in quality assurance/control within injection molding or plastic manufacturing.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
