Service Engineer – Processing (Lahore)

About the role

We are looking for a Service Engineer (Processing) to deliver preventive and corrective maintenance for Tetra Pak processing equipment at customer sites in Pakistan. The role involves hands‑on work on mechanical, electrical and automation components, as well as developing and upgrading PLC and HMI software.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites (≈70% travel) to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on processing machines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electro‑mechanical, hardware, software and network issues.
• Develop, test and upgrade PLC and HMI programs using Siemens (Step7, TIA Portal, WinCC), Allen‑Bradley (RSLogix, Studio5000) and Wonderware InTouch.
• Disassemble, re‑assemble and commission Tetra Pak processing equipment according to company procedures.
• Promote a safe working culture and ensure accurate reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in installation, maintenance, automation or service of industrial systems.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Pakistan and internationally.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Siemens Step7 and TIA Portal programming.
• Siemens WinCC SCADA.
• Allen‑Bradley RSLogix 500/5000 and Studio5000.
• Wonderware InTouch HMI development.
• PLC programming and HMI configuration.
