Real Estate Sales Executive – Property Sales & Business Development

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to market and sell properties listed on a dedicated digital platform. The role is field‑based with office coordination, requiring strong market knowledge and a proven sales track record.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell properties featured on the client’s digital platform.
• Generate new buyers, investors and business opportunities through networking, referrals, calls and existing market connections.
• Develop and maintain a robust network of property buyers, investors and industry contacts.
• Conduct client meetings, arrange property/site visits and bring qualified prospects to the office.
• Match client requirements with suitable properties based on budget, location and investment goals.
• Stay updated on current property prices, market trends and new developments.
• Negotiate with prospects and work toward successful deal closures.
• Coordinate with internal teams on property availability, pricing, documentation and client needs.
• Provide regular feedback on market conditions, buyer preferences and competitor activity.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Commerce, Economics or a related field (MBA or Master’s a plus).
• 5–7 years of professional experience in real estate sales, property sales or business development.
• Established presence in the Lahore real‑estate market with a strong network of buyers and investors.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and close transactions.
