About the role
The Regional Manager – FTTx Sales will lead the sales strategy and operations for fiber‑to‑the‑X solutions across the assigned region(s) in Pakistan. Reporting to the Head of Department, you will be responsible for growing the customer base, driving revenue and ensuring successful delivery of FTTH, FTTB, FTTC and related services.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the regional sales strategy for FTTx solutions to meet revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets and customer segments for fiber services.
- Maintain and upsell existing customers while building long‑term relationships.
- Lead, mentor and manage a regional sales team, set targets and monitor performance.
- Serve as escalation point for complex customer issues and ensure swift resolution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and regulatory changes to provide actionable insights.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports, forecasts and pipeline updates for senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing, delivery and other functions to align sales efforts with business objectives.
- Assist in creating sales tools, training materials and improving sales processes.
Required profile
- Proven experience in telecom or fiber‑optic sales, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to analyse market data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
