Corporate Deployment Manager – LTR‑S

About the role

PTCL Group is seeking a seasoned professional to lead field deployment activities within the LTR‑S domain. You will manage corporate, carrier, small‑pocket FTTH and access‑network projects, ensuring timely execution and compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate feasibility studies, execution, commissioning and PAT of corporate and carrier circuits.
• Manage SAP MM module transactions (NW, PR, STO, GIV, SAN/GRN) related to network assets.
• Handle ROW and NOC coordination with relevant authorities.
• Maintain as‑built records using KMZ/GIS formats.
• Prepare progress reports, PAC recommendations and store reconciliations.
• Deploy small‑scale FTTH pockets and access‑network infrastructure such as MSAG, power plants and solar panels.
• Ensure financial closure of deployed networks through timely PAT acceptance and SAP capitalization.
• Submit field reports after surveys and coordinate with all stakeholders.
• Enforce HSE guidelines and SOPs for safety of PTCL assets and vendor staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics, Networking or a related engineering discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in telecom deployment or network infrastructure projects.

Required skills

• SAP MM module operations (NW, PR, STO, GIV, SAN/GRN).
• GIS/KMZ mapping for as‑built documentation.
• FTTH and small‑pocket network deployment.
• Access‑network installation (MSAG, power, solar).
• Circuit commissioning and PAT procedures.
• HSE compliance and safety SOP implementation.
• ROW and NOC coordination with authorities.
