About the role

The Relationship Officer – Balance Builder will work within the Direct Banking Center to drive card acquisition, cross‑sell banking products and ensure high‑quality customer interactions. The role focuses on meeting monthly KPIs, maintaining compliance, and delivering excellent service through proactive telesales.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned monthly KPIs and card acquisition targets.
• Conduct outbound calls to introduce and promote banking products, understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate records in banking systems, update MIS reports and compile daily/monthly performance data.
• Follow verification policies, adhere to banking regulations and audit controls.
• Participate in daily team huddles, monitor personal performance and adjust strategies to improve sales outcomes.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly and ensure no miss‑selling occurs.
• Collaborate with team leaders to highlight issues and ensure timely resolution.
