Remote Appointment Setter (Pakistan)

About the role

Better Jobs Group is seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to join its international remote team from Pakistan. The role focuses on high‑volume outbound calling to engage prospective candidates for UK public‑sector positions and schedule interviews for recruitment consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential candidates each day.
• Qualify applicants and book appointments for the recruitment team.
• Follow up with candidates via calls, WhatsApp, email, and other messaging platforms.
• Handle inbound enquiries professionally.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Meet daily and weekly KPIs and appointment targets.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years experience in appointment setting, telesales, recruitment, call‑centre or customer service.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral or professional accent.
• Strong confidence speaking on calls for extended periods.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated under pressure.
• Highly organised, disciplined and target‑oriented.
• Independent remote work capability with consistent attendance.
