Sales Agent / Dispatcher (Night Shift)

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Agent / Dispatcher to join our growing team. You will work night‑shift hours aligned with US time zones, reaching out to truck drivers across the United States, onboarding them as clients, and ensuring their loads are moved efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Contact and recruit US‑based truck drivers to become clients.
- Coordinate with the internal dispatch team to keep freight moving.
- Close sales deals and earn commission on each successful placement.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and load assignments.
Required profile
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales or truck dispatch.
- Strong English communication abilities.
- Availability to work night‑shift hours matching US time zones.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven attitude.
