Sales Agent for USA Trucking Campaign

About the role

R&B Logistics is seeking a motivated Sales Agent to join its commercial team in Lahore. The position focuses on driving a USA trucking campaign, contacting carriers, dispatchers and shippers to support U.S. freight movements. The role works night‑shift hours aligned with US time zones and is based on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pitch potential clients in the U.S. trucking industry via phone and email.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, dispatchers and shippers.
• Negotiate rates, close sales deals and achieve monthly targets.
• Record calls, leads and conversions accurately in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Required profile

• Prior experience in sales, cold calling or customer service; logistics or trucking background preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English, comfortable speaking with US‑based clients.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and confident personality.
• Willingness to work night‑shift hours matching US time zones.
