Sales & Customer Success Specialist (Karachi)

About the role

Packzeo is seeking a Sales & Customer Success Specialist to strengthen client relationships and drive revenue growth in Karachi. You will manage inbound inquiries, nurture leads, and guide customers through the onboarding journey, ensuring a seamless experience from first contact to order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and phone, converting prospects into satisfied customers.
• Generate new sales opportunities through cold calling and strategic outreach.
• Onboard customers, explain products and services, and provide accurate quotations.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, sales activities and orders in CRM and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Communicate order status, confirmations and follow‑ups to keep customers informed.
• Qualify leads, resolve issues promptly, and collaborate with internal teams for smooth order processing.
• Achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals while continuously improving product knowledge.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in sales or customer support, preferably in B2B, packaging or printing environments.
• Honest, responsible, and able to work under pressure while handling multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills, especially on social media and messaging platforms.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
