Sales Development Representative (SDR) – US Market

About the role

We are looking for motivated Sales Development Representatives to join our US‑based B2B construction services campaign. You will work on‑site in Lahore, contacting contractors, builders and construction firms across the United States to generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential US clients during US business hours.
• Prospect, qualify and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Introduce our drafting, design, estimation and construction support services.
• Conduct professional conversations with business owners and decision‑makers.
• Handle objections, provide solutions and maintain strong client relationships.
• Follow up with prospects via calls and emails.
• Record all activities accurately in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Confident, professional demeanor and target‑oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in SDR, BDE, outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation or appointment setting.
• Ability to communicate effectively with US clients.
• Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Township, Lahore.
