Sales Representative

About the role

ATU Logistics, a U.S.-based brokerage firm, is expanding its sales team in Lahore. The Sales Representative will work with warm leads supplied by the company, focusing on converting inquiries into bookings without the pressure of cold calling or strict sales quotas.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for warm leads provided by ATU Logistics.
• Explain logistics services, pricing, and booking procedures to customers.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings and ensure smooth deal closure.
• Maintain accurate call records and update booking information in the internal system.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication skills, preferably in English.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and confidence handling calls.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; full training will be provided.
