Senior AI Architect – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Senior AI Architect to lead the design and delivery of production‑grade AI applications that address complex real‑world problems at scale. This remote position blends AI architecture, software engineering, and cloud expertise to turn innovative concepts into reliable, deployed solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and architect end‑to‑end AI platforms and applications for production use.
• Build and evolve scalable retrieval and knowledge systems supporting AI‑driven experiences.
• Develop agent‑based and multi‑agent workflows to automate complex processes.
• Create backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and cloud‑native infrastructure.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, reliability, and security standards.
• Guide technical decisions on AI orchestration, deployment, and system integration.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams across the full technology stack.
• Integrate AI components with internal and external platforms, services, and data sources.
• Contribute to architecture reviews, engineering standards, and best‑practice documentation.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering AI‑powered applications in production environments.
• Deep knowledge of Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) and retrieval‑based architectures.
• Hands‑on experience with agent‑based or multi‑agent systems in real‑world use cases.
• Strong understanding of information retrieval, semantic search, and AI orchestration patterns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced remote setting.
