Senior AI Automation Consultant

About the role

Gulf Desk Services is launching an AI consulting practice to help GCC organisations begin their AI journey. As the founding Senior AI Automation Consultant, you will work from our Lahore office and directly engage with clients to assess, educate, and enable AI adoption across finance, operations, sales, and administration.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver client‑facing training sessions that build confidence in using AI tools.
• Conduct discovery workshops with business owners and department heads to identify high‑impact AI opportunities.
• Produce clear assessments, recommendations, and proof‑of‑concept demonstrations.
• Scope automation projects, brief engineering teams, and remain accountable for the final solution delivered to the client.
• Help shape the practice’s methodology and participate in hiring as the client base expands.

Required profile

• Strong consulting mindset with the ability to translate business needs into AI‑enabled solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for coaching diverse audiences, from technical novices to senior managers.
• Proven experience in AI or automation projects, preferably at an advisory level.
