Senior Associate – Quality & Risk – Nearshore (Pakistan)

About the role

EY’s Nearshore Tax Quality team in Pakistan is looking for a Senior Associate to support both technical and administrative aspects of quality and risk management. You will work closely with client teams across the MENA region, helping them deliver high-quality tax services while managing compliance and risk.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with consultations and respond to quality and compliance queries from the business.
• Support project initiatives, track events through to resolution and contribute to policy research, review and drafting.
• Deliver Tax Quality (TQ) training to client teams and provide ad‑hoc project cover during holidays.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare invitations, documentation and presentations.
• Maintain TQ SharePoint sites, upload documents, manage access and resolve issues.
• Occasionally organise business travel and itineraries.

Required profile

• Undergraduate or university degree.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in compliance, quality, internal audit, legal or risk management within a fast‑paced international environment.
• Strong command of English.
