Senior Business Analyst – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven Senior Business Analyst to join Noon’s fast‑moving analytics team. Working remotely from Pakistan, you will turn business challenges into clear analytical problems and deliver actionable insights that support product growth and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and design data models to address them.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
• Own end‑to‑end analytics projects, from data extraction and modeling to presenting recommendations.
• Conduct funnel analysis, customer segmentation, churn analysis and A/B testing to guide decision‑making.
• Drive organization‑wide initiatives to improve data literacy and introduce new analytics technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–4 years of analytics experience in the e‑commerce sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven problem‑solving and data‑modeling capabilities.
• Ability to manage projects independently, set timelines and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Required skills

• Tableau and Power BI for data visualization.
• Advanced SQL proficiency.
• Python, R or SAS for statistical analysis and modeling.
• Experience with large datasets and cloud/web deployment of models.
