Senior Design & Proposal Engineer

About the role

Avanceon is seeking a Senior Design & Proposal Engineer to lead technical proposals for industrial automation projects focused on the Middle East. Based in Lahore, you will work with a dynamic team to develop cost‑effective, compliant solutions for large‑scale automation and SCADA systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop technically compliant and cost‑effective proposals for Middle East regions.
• Integrate subcontractors and systems into full‑scale automation solutions.
• Influence key stakeholders and collaborate with international teams during the pre‑sales cycle.
• Support sales effectiveness by providing technical expertise to global OEMs and internal teams.
• Lead detailed Capex and sales planning for automation projects.
• Analyze key accounts, devise penetration strategies, and increase market share.
• Ensure compliance with business conduct policies, OEM ethical standards, and contractual terms.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 8‑12 years of experience in proposal development, industrial automation, or power control.
• Proven commercial presence with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience negotiating contracts and managing international bids.
