Senior Education Counsellor

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Education Counsellor to join our Lahore office on a full‑time basis. In this role you will guide prospective students through every step of their academic journey, from selecting suitable programmes to securing university admissions and scholarships.

Key responsibilities

• Assess student academic profiles and career aspirations to recommend appropriate study pathways.
• Provide detailed counselling on university options, admission requirements, and scholarship opportunities.
• Assist students in preparing and submitting application documents, including personal statements and supporting paperwork.
• Maintain and develop relationships with local and international educational institutions.
• Stay updated on global education trends and changes in admission policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for students and their families.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field; additional certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in educational consulting, student counseling, or career guidance.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and academic partners.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Commitment to delivering empathetic and professional support to a diverse student base.
