Senior Executive Channel Planning

About the role

The Senior Executive Channel Planning role is responsible for designing, monitoring and optimizing retail channel performance. You will develop critical business reports, set targets and KPIs, and ensure alignment with company growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define Gross addition/FCA targets and retailer channel expansion goals for sales teams.
• Create and manage KPIs to drive retail channel productivity.
• Develop BDO and RSO channels and oversee KPI management.
• Design and execute trade promotions linked to gross add/FCA initiatives.
• Conduct independent market intelligence to monitor sales performance across channels.
• Design commission structures for franchise and retailer partners.
• Ensure channel partner compliance with SOPs and monitor activities.
• Coordinate with regional teams for target follow‑up, staff training and new product launches.
• Lead channel development projects to meet delivery timelines.
• Analyse reports to identify grey areas and recommend business improvements.
• Perform pre/post analysis of channel commissions and ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Business Studies or Computer Science preferred).
• 3‑4 years of experience in sales channel planning, analytics or related fields.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, Power BI and Power Pivot proficiency.
• Stakeholder management across regional and headquarters teams.
