Senior Executive PMO (Regional Engineering Projects)

About the role

The Senior Executive PMO will support the Regional CTO and DD Engineering in overseeing regional engineering functions, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. The role focuses on monitoring progress, analysing performance data, and aligning execution with regional KPIs, especially network availability.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of regional and sub‑regional engineering projects, from planning through reporting.
• Assist the RCTO in defining, tracking and reporting KPIs and KCIs at the regional level.
• Coordinate with HQ teams (O&M, NP, NC, Cost Control) and sub‑regions to enable projects and resolve issues promptly.
• Identify support needs from sub‑regions and drive compliance to achieve project and KPI targets.
• Evaluate ongoing and planned engineering projects for quality, consistency and alignment with commercial standards.
• Maintain project dashboards, databases and reporting tools, highlighting risks, delays and improvement opportunities.
• Support risk identification, mitigation planning and issue resolution in collaboration with line managers.
• Strengthen inter‑departmental communication across sub‑regions and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
• Conduct quality audits to verify that equipment and services meet defined benchmarks.
• Assist in OPEX/CAPEX tracking and cost control to keep projects within budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, Telecom or Computer Science (or equivalent).
• 3‑4 years of experience in project management or engineering project coordination.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Technical understanding of Access Network Operations.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint and MS Word.
• Experience with database management and data handling.
