Senior Full-Stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full‑Stack Application Developer with at least five years of experience to design, build, and ship production‑grade SaaS web applications. The role emphasizes responsible use of modern AI/agentic workflows to accelerate development while maintaining code quality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop end‑to‑end web applications using React, Next.js, and NestJS.
• Design and maintain robust PostgreSQL schemas and AWS‑based infrastructure.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, Docker workflows, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or AWS CDK).
• Leverage AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, Codex) to generate high‑signal output and avoid hallucinations or unreviewable diffs.
• Ensure security best practices on AWS (IAM, secrets management, least‑privilege).
• Provide observability through logging, monitoring, and tracing tools.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to turn ambiguous requests into clear specifications and acceptance criteria.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience building full‑stack SaaS applications.
• Strong ownership mindset: humans drive decisions, AI agents accelerate execution.
• Excellent problem‑decomposition skills and ability to right‑size tasks for AI agents.
• Experience with multi‑tenant architectures and RBAC/permissions implementation.

Required skills

• React, Next.js, Tailwind (or equivalent CSS framework).
• NestJS with clean architecture and modular services.
• PostgreSQL schema design, indexing, migrations, and query optimization.
• AWS services: ECS/Fargate, Lambda, S3, SNS/SQS, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM.
• CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI.
• Docker (local and production‑ready images).
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform or AWS CDK.
• Observability tools: CloudWatch, Sentry, OpenTelemetry.
• AI coding assistants (Claude, Codex or similar).
