Senior Fullstack Engineer – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full‑Stack Engineer with a strong focus on front‑end development and proven experience building AI‑driven, agentic workflows. You will work directly with the VP of Engineering to redesign and scale a human‑blended AI coaching platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead front‑end architecture and UI/UX implementation for a polished user experience.
• Rebuild and scale backend APIs, session management, and user routing layers.
• Design and implement AI/agentic components, orchestrating complex prompt flows and coaching frameworks.
• Integrate proprietary IP, company data, and personality assessments for personalized advice.
• Build a seamless handoff system between AI and human coaches, including real‑time support requests and video call scheduling.
• Develop cross‑platform mobile features and administrative interfaces using Expo/React Native.
• Define reusable component patterns and drive the engineering roadmap with high autonomy.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience with React, TypeScript, and front‑end performance optimization.
• Production experience building Node.js server APIs and session management.
• Proven track record deploying AI agents, LLM integrations, or orchestration frameworks.
• Strong Python skills, especially with Google Cloud infrastructure and AI SDKs.
• Experience with Expo or React Native for mobile delivery.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑agency environment and communicate proactively.
