Senior Manager, Talent Development

About the role

The Senior Manager, Talent Development will lead the design, delivery and evaluation of talent development programmes across the organisation. Reporting to the Head of Talent Development, you will partner with business leaders, People Advisory partners and external vendors to ensure talent solutions align with strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and assess talent development initiatives, including workshops, training sessions and assessment programmes.
• Coordinate logistics, nomination processes and stakeholder communications for all talent development activities.
• Maintain accurate records and data‑led insights to support decision‑making and reporting on programme effectiveness.
• Support identified talent by creating and updating individual development plans and talent profiles.
• Assist in the delivery of the global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy.
• Lead the annual succession planning cycle, collaborating with People Advisory, Talent Acquisition and business partners to define buy‑vs‑build strategies.
• Engage with key stakeholders to ensure talent solutions are aligned with business priorities.
• Provide broader support to the Head of Talent Development on critical projects and initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent development, talent management or related HR functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple business units.
• Ability to analyse data, generate insights and produce clear reports.
• Experience coordinating large‑scale training programmes and succession planning cycles.
• Commitment to fostering diversity, equity and inclusion within the organisation.
