Senior Product Designer – Remote

About the role

LearnWith.AI is scaling its proven learning platform across the US and internationally. As a Senior Product Designer you will own the user‑interface experience for a diverse set of learners, parents, coaches and educators, ensuring every interaction supports rapid academic progress.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct deep user research across distinct audiences (young children, teens, parents, academic coaches) and translate insights into actionable design principles.
• Define and maintain a cohesive design system that integrates with each product’s native UI architecture, enabling developers to ship consistent experiences quickly.
• Produce high‑fidelity, code‑ready prototypes that allow product owners to validate concepts within days.
• Audit existing features from the user’s perspective, identify pain points, and prioritize high‑impact improvements.
• Establish design standards, feedback loops, and quality benchmarks that guide cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate closely with product owners and engineers, challenging decisions that compromise user experience while maintaining full ownership of the design deliverables.
• Leverage AI‑driven tools to accelerate iteration and expand coverage, while ensuring the final design decisions remain human‑led.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience designing complex digital products, preferably in education or SaaS.
• Proven ability to empathize with and design for multiple, highly divergent user groups.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design ownership, from research to production‑ready assets.
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to advocate for the user in fast‑moving product discussions.
