Senior Product Owner

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to lead the definition and delivery of products that support the Centre of Excellence’s strategy. The role involves translating market and customer needs into clear product visions and ensuring successful implementation across multiple projects.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, facilitate, synthesize and present technical solutions based on business requirements.
• Define product vision, scope, acceptance criteria and implementation plans using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Develop and review test cases, business processes and documentation.
• Consult internal and external customers to understand their value chains, structures and service requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and challenge assumptions to ensure optimal solutions.
• Assess feasibility, commercial impact and prioritize features with minimal supervision.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification or IT degree.
• 6‑8 years of experience in product ownership or related roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication, logical reasoning and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with proven presentation skills.
