Senior Quality Engineer (Team Lead)

About the role

Haier is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to lead a team of ten quality professionals in Lahore. You will drive quality assurance initiatives, ensure compliance with international standards, and continuously improve product and process performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance objectives, plans, and monitoring systems.
• Establish product and process specifications, control parameters, and audit procedures.
• Analyze market feedback and production data to reduce defect rates and recommend cost‑effective improvements.
• Collaborate with R&D and Customer Service to embed quality enhancements on the production floor.
• Lead training, Kaizen activities, and 6S implementation for the quality team.
• Maintain ISO documentation and support external ISO audits.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading quality teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse data, drive continuous improvement and manage budgets.
