Senior Quantity Surveyor – Civil Engineering (Faisalabad)

About the role

A well‑known C‑A Construction Firm is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for building construction projects in Faisalabad. The role requires extensive experience with government departments in Punjab and the ability to manage all aspects of project billing and estimation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit running bills, interim payment certificates and final bills based on approved drawings, BOQs and Punjab MRS rates.
• Carry out quantity take‑offs, prepare BOQs, cost estimates and detailed rate analyses.
• Calculate price variations/escalations and process variation orders, extra and non‑scheduled items.
• Check and process subcontractor and supplier bills and coordinate with site staff, consultants, clients and government authorities.
• Maintain records of executed quantities, monitor project costs and material consumption.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years (preferably 12 + years) of experience in building works, project billing, estimation and quantity surveying.
• Strong practical knowledge of Punjab MRS, government billing procedures and related documentation.
• Proven ability to independently prepare, submit and follow up project bills.
