About the role

Devsinc is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in AI/ML, data engineering, and backend systems. You will own the full lifecycle of LLM‑powered applications, from design and fine‑tuning to production deployment, while building robust data pipelines and cloud‑native infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop, fine‑tune, and deploy AI/ML models, including LLM‑based solutions, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector search architectures.
Build high‑performance Python APIs, microservices, and backend services that support AI workloads.
Implement MLOps workflows on AWS and GCP, covering experiment tracking, model versioning, automated deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
Create and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
Develop data transformation, cleansing, validation, and quality frameworks using distributed and streaming technologies such as Kafka, Spark, Kinesis, and Pub/Sub.
Ensure reliability, scalability, security, and cost‑efficiency of AI and data infrastructure, documenting architecture decisions and engineering standards.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
4+ years of hands‑on experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or backend systems.
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience delivering production‑grade AI and data solutions.
