SEO Call Leads Agent

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated SEO Call Leads Agent to join our remote team. In this full‑time position you will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients, helping them understand our SEO services and qualifying their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and clarity.
• Explain Findify ICS’s SEO offerings and gather essential information about the client’s website, market, and goals.
• Qualify leads, assess their suitability, and schedule consultations or follow‑up calls.
• Maintain accurate interaction records and update lead status in internal systems.
• Collaborate closely with SEO consultants to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
• Provide prompt follow‑up and uphold the company’s honest, non‑pressured customer service standards.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research and on‑page optimization.
• Ability to support technical SEO evaluations using SEO audits and web‑analytics tools.
• Familiarity with link‑building strategies and best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a consultative, customer‑focused approach.
• Experience in lead qualification, call handling, or client‑facing roles within marketing or digital services.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with reliable internet and a quiet workspace.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple leads and follow‑ups.
