SEO Executive – Advanced Strategies for Healthcare

Medcare MSO is a leading medical billing and revenue cycle management company dedicated to optimizing healthcare providers' revenue streams. We are seeking a Senior SEO Executive to elevate our digital presence using advanced SEO strategies and data‑driven decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, drive high‑quality traffic, and boost conversions.
• Lead on‑page and off‑page optimization, including content structuring, technical SEO, and backlink acquisition.
• Conduct in‑depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and market‑trend evaluation to shape content strategy.
• Perform comprehensive website audits to resolve crawling, indexing, site‑speed, mobile‑friendliness, and Core Web Vitals issues.
• Implement technical SEO best practices such as structured‑data markup, schema, and canonicalization.
• Optimize landing pages to enhance E‑E‑A‑T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness).
• Monitor performance metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Design and oversee ethical link‑building campaigns to raise domain authority.
• Stay current with Google algorithm updates and industry trends.
• Collaborate with content, development, and digital marketing teams to align SEO with business goals.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior SEO team members.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of proven SEO experience, preferably in healthcare or medical billing.
• Deep understanding of Google ranking algorithms, search intent, and white‑hat techniques.
• Expertise in technical SEO, including site architecture, page‑speed optimization, and JavaScript SEO.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
