Service Manager (Variable Frequency Drive – MV and LV)

About the role

DCPS Pakistan is seeking a Service Manager specialized in Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) for medium‑voltage (MV) and low‑voltage (LV) applications. Based in Lahore, you will lead on‑site service operations, ensuring installations, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting and maintenance meet the highest technical and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and supervise installation, commissioning and testing of MV and LV VFD systems at client sites.
• Lead a team of service technicians, providing technical guidance and ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, internal engineering teams and vendors to resolve technical issues and deliver after‑sales support.
• Prepare and maintain service documentation, technical reports and diagnostic records.
• Drive continuous improvement of service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field.
• Proven experience in field service management for industrial automation or power‑energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of VFD technology, motor control systems and related safety standards.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Lahore and travel to client locations as required.
