Service Support Senior Coordinator

About the role

The Service Support Senior Coordinator ensures smooth processing of service contracts, invoices, and warranty cases while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This role is pivotal for accurate financial reporting and efficient spare‑parts logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Load and track service contracts in Oracle.
• Prepare and submit invoices to customers on time.
• Conduct accounts‑receivable follow‑ups and report invoices for tax filing.
• Create OPF and EPR documents for internal and external suppliers.
• Manage shipment of service spare orders.
• Issue Service Requests (SR) and assign Corrective Actions (CE).
• Oversee DPG warranty and ASP performance turnaround times.
• Control spares inventory movement and replenishment.
• Handle warranty cases for three‑phase, thermal, and monitoring items.
• Process repair cases related to rectifier warranties.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• 5‑7 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English.
• Ability to work independently and navigate internal processes.
• Strong relationship‑building and time‑management skills.
