Bookkeeper (US GAAP) – Full‑time, Onsite in Islamabad

About the role

We are looking for a qualified ACCA or CA professional to join our Islamabad office as a Bookkeeper focused on US GAAP compliance. The role involves full‑charge bookkeeping for international clients, handling everything from invoicing to financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain end‑to‑end bookkeeping for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and US GAAP compliance.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, vendor payments, and collections.
• Perform regular bank, credit‑card and ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Process payroll for client companies, adhering to relevant legal requirements.
• Prepare, analyse and present financial statements and provide actionable insights.
• Serve as the primary financial contact for clients, delivering timely support and guidance.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or ACCA with an active qualification.
• 1‑3 years of professional accounting or bookkeeping experience, preferably in a reputable firm.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Ability to work independently while managing several client accounts simultaneously.
